EMS here — 34-year-old male, found unresponsive in a public restroom after a witnessed injection about 10 minutes ago. GCS 3, pinpoint pupils, RR 4, sat 78 on room air. We gave 2 of intranasal naloxone with no response, got a line, and he is on a non-rebreather. Sugar is 112.
